Student article submissions are published in our journals.

Our journals are published quarterly, we publish every student article that we receive that meet our submission criteria. Articles are between 500 to 1000 words long.

Procedures and Processes

Law is governed by many policies, statutes, regulations and case law. There are many forms that are required within a Court case.

The consideration of vulnerabilities

Assessments can be permitted in Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law. The requirement is to obtain the Judge's permission to rely on assessment evidence.
